Drone and Roof Top Surveys

We are able to offer Drone and Roof Top Surveys either as a stand alone service or incorprated within a survey.

Drone footage enables us to look at and advise on elements of a property not visible from the ground.

This is also a useful tool to staisfy ongoing maintenance requirements and insurance needs.

We are CAA registered and all drone inspections are undertaken by a fully qualified RICS Building Surveyor.

So there is no need to have the footage taken by a non-qualified operator to then be viewed by a Chartered Surveyor. Thus preventing the need to re-inspect should the initial footage prove inadequate.
